Absolute Auction Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed disruptive to the conduct of an auction, or whose behavior is contrary to the best interests of the auction company or the auction company's client.
ALL SALES AT AN ABSOLUTE AUCTION CO. AUCTION ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL THE END OF THE AUCTION. IF ANY PERSON IS ASKED TO LEAVE AN AUCTION BECAUSE OF DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR, ANY LOTS BID ON AND WON BY THAT BIDDER WILL BE RE-AUCTIONED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT BIDDER'S DEPARTURE. Anyone asked to leave an auction because of disruptive behavior is free to attend future auctions. However, if a person asked to leave an auction because of disruptive behavior is subsequently asked to leave another auction for the same behavior, they will be banned permanently from our auctions.
Payment must be made in legal tender of the United States of America. Terms are cash, Visa, Mastercard. We do NOT accept American Express. We will accept checks only from people on our pre-approved list. Sales tax and a 15% buyer's premium are applied to every purchase.
If you have a resale license, you must fill out a form the first time you register with us. Recent changes in State Franchise Tax Board laws make it now necessary we confirm active status of your reseller permit, which we will do on the spot.
To bid in an auction you must register with us. There is no registration fee, but you must possess and show us a valid driver's license or State issued ID Card. The reason we need to know who you are is that when you bid at an auction, you've entered into a legal contract with the auction company.
While we try to describe items in our auctions as accurately as possible in our advertising and catalogs, we cannot guarantee all descriptions are completely accurate. Ample inspection time is provided to potential bidders, and bidders are responsible for inspecting and determining what the items are and in what condition the items are. All items are sold "as is, where is" and all sales are final.
Unless other arrangements have been made, all purchases must be removed within two hours after the end of the auction. Loading and moving of purchases are the buyer's responsibility.
For some auctions, we will have the ability to cash you out while the auction is in progress. If you cash-out, but have purchased a large quantity of items that would be a disruption to remove during the auction, you may have to wait to begin removing things until the auction is complete. . We will make arrangements to allow purchasers of large quantities of items to return on a different day to remove items. Be sure to make arrangements with us before you bid, however, because subsequent removal has a time limit. If items are not removed by the agreed-upon day and time, the purchases will be forfeited without any refund.
Important note: With any auction we do, there is always the possibility any item shown or described may be withdrawn from the auction without notice.
